Job Description

Looking for Leaders to join the fastest growing Transmission Company in India !

Position : Manager Land Acquisition.

Location : Gurgaon,

Role : Corporate Land Acquisition.

Exposure Required : PAN India Land Acquisition

Education : Any Graduate with exposure in Land Acquisition in Large Land Parcels only.

Experience : 10 to 15 Yrs

Experience :

Should have worked on Large Land Parcel Agreements and Proposal.
Should be able to evaluate various land proposal across India.
Well Versed with Land Laws and procedure for acquiring land across India.
Should be able to understand the land acquisition authorities etc.

Role : Managerial

Should have worked on acquiring land through individuals, aggregators, and other sources. Candidates with exposure to Transmission, Substation and Power business will be preferred.
