Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition specialist located in Chengalpattu. The individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land, conducting due diligence, and performing market research to support land development projects. Daily tasks include evaluating potential properties, negotiating land deals, collaborating with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Acquisitions, Land Acquisition, and Land Development
• Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence
• Skills in Market Research
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Experience in property development and the local real estate market is a plus
