Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Labour Resources Officer located in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Labour Resources Officer will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting skilled labor, maintaining labor relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include managing the digital platform for labor management, coordinating with project managers to understand workforce needs, and conducting regular site visits to ensure worker welfare and project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting skilled labor for construction and industrial projects
• Strong understanding of labor laws and labor relations management
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for labor management and real-time data monitoring
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to conduct regular on-site visits and manage worker welfare
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in workforce management or a similar role in the construction industry is a plus
