This full-time hybrid role for a Civil Foreman based in Bengaluru involves supervising construction activities, managing heavy equipment operations, performing carpentry tasks, and maintaining the work site. Effective communication with the team and stakeholders is crucial, as well as coordinating daily tasks to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Some work from home is acceptable for this position. The ideal candidate should have supervisory skills and experience in heavy equipment operations, carpentry, and maintenance tasks. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Possessing relevant certifications and/or a degree in civil engineering or a related field would be advantageous. Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is also beneficial for this role.,
