Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Assistant located in Kota. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for managing laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, performing various laboratory tasks, and analyzing data. The role also requires effective communication with team members and maintaining accurate records of findings.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all the tasks related to Water, Soil, Cocopeat, & Plants Sampling and testing.
• Plant Tissue Analysis.  
• Prepare a water, plant and soil testing report with proposed recommendations for the Development and Contribution in procedures & Research
• Data Analysis of Sampling data and make summary reports
• Operating the instruments for water testing.
•  Maintain Proper Instrument Calibration and Maintenance
• Training for co-workers in test procedures and laboratory equipment
• Use scientific knowledge to follow different methodologies to achieve results.
• Solving complex problems with materials, technology, or processes to improve the overall quality of work or achieve the desired outcome.
• Follow the best practices in lab procedures followed by ISO and APHA

Required skills and qualifications:

• M.Sc in Chemistry ,Masters in Soil Science
• Good knowledge of analytical chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry
• Good communication and Computer skills
• Should know titration-Calcium and Magnesium  , UV VIS & Flame Photometer

Location :Kota, Rajasthan

• Salary : 10-15k pm
