We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Labeling Designer with a strong background in regulatory artwork and medical device standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that product labeling meets global compliance requirements and supports regulatory submissions and audits.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Conduct Regulatory Gap Analysis & Identify Artwork Requirements

✅ Redesign Label Artwork per ISO 15223-1:2021 & MDR Standards

✅ Standardize Symbols per Regulatory Compliance

✅ Design & Test Barcode/UDI Labeling (UDI-DI & UDI-PI)

✅ Create Artwork using:

→ Adobe Illustrator

→ Bar studio

→ Figma

✅ Manage Translation & Localization using Multilingual Labelling Toolkits

✅ Perform Label Inspection, Validation & Automated Proofreading

✅ Support Regulatory Submissions & Audits (Technical Documentation)

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical, or related field

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in medical device labelling and design

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Barcode studio and digital design platforms

• Understanding of ISO standards, UDI regulations, and MDR requirements

• Attention to detail, quality-driven mindset, and strong documentation skills

• Experience with automated tools and proofreading software is a plus
