Job Description

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to prevent defects in products and services. This includes creating quality management systems and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
Quality Control: Perform inspections and tests on products to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications. This may involve visual inspections, functional testing, and reporting any non-conformance issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection results, test data, and compliance reports. Prepare documentation for quality audits and regulatory inspections.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Facilitate communication between departments to promote a culture of quality.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency. Utilize statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures. Mentor junior QA/QC personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
