Lab Technician

· Daily Preparing samples of carbon bags, in-process materials, or finished products for testing. ·Testing and Analysis Performing specified analytical and physical tests on carbon bags at predetermined intervals. ·Data Recording and Reporting Accurately recording test results and preparing reports on the findings. ·Equipment Maintenance Ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of laboratory equipment. ·Safety and Compliance Following safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organized laboratory environment. ·Quality Control Assuring the quality of carbon products by performing tests and analyzing data. ·Assisting with research and development activities, including conducting experiments and analyzing results. ·Troubleshooting Identifying and resolving issues with equipment or test procedures. ·Documentation Maintaining records of experiments, tests, and results. ·Communicating test results and findings to Department Head & supervisors and other personnel.
