Lab Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing samples of carbon bags, in-process materials, or finished products for testing on a daily basis. You will perform specified analytical and physical tests on carbon bags at predetermined intervals. Additionally, you will accurately record test results, prepare reports on the findings, and ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of laboratory equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Daily preparation of samples for testing - Performing specified analytical and physical tests on carbon bags - Accurately recording test results and preparing reports - Ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of laboratory equipment - Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean laboratory environment - Assuring the quality of carbon products through testing and data analysis - Assisting with research and development activities, including conducting experiments - Identifying and resolving issues with equipment or test procedures - Maintaining records of experiments, tests, and results - Communicating test results and findings to Department Head, supervisors, and other personnel Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a laboratory setting preferred - Knowledge of analytical and physical testing methods - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data - Ability to troubleshoot equipment and test procedures - Excellent communication skills for reporting and documentation You will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, provident fund, and a yearly bonus.
