JOB TITLE : Lab Incharge

JOB SUMMARY :

The Lab Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all experiments, tests, and research are conducted efficiently and safely. This role involves managing lab staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing the proper storage and handling of materials and chemicals. The Lab Incharge ensures that the lab environment is conducive to productivity, accuracy, and quality control, while also coordinating with other departments for resource allocation and project support. The individual in this position also plays a key role in maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring the laboratory meets all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily lab operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet the required standards.
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and safe use of lab equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, handling of hazardous materials, and proper waste disposal.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experiments, results, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate and manage the lab team, providing training, guidance, and support.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies, managing inventory and procurement.
• Conduct and supervise experiments, ensuring protocols are followed and results are accurate and reliable.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure precision and consistency in all lab work.
• Prepare and review laboratory reports, data analysis, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with other departments or external organizations to support research, testing, or projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to laboratory operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
