• Perform analytical testing of premixes: HPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration
• Conduct QC checks to ensure batch consistency and stability Document procedures, generate COAs, and maintain compliance records
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams on pilot batches and scale-up Maintain and calibrate lab instruments regularly
• Develop innovative formulations to expand the product portfolio and address evolving market demands Key Skills/Abilities Proficiency in operating and interpreting results from HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and Karl Fischer titration
• ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Ability to develop and optimize formulations based on scientific and market requirements
• Familiarity with feed and food safety regulations such as FSSAI and related certifications is bonus
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills for SOPs, COAs, and batch records
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
• Adaptability to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Experience Required

• 2+ years Candidates having prior experience in Feed Manufacturing companies/Premix Manufacturing/Nutraceuticals
• Preferred Essential Qualifications / Certifications B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or Biochemistry
