• ₹5,000 commission on every successful sale closure
• Travel allowance as applicable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate quality leads through online platforms and convert them into confirmed sales. The role requires strong communication skills, online prospecting ability, and confidence in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads using online platforms such as:
• LinkedIn
• IndiaMART / TradeIndia
• Email campaigns
• WhatsApp & business listings
• Other digital lead-generation tools
• Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and messages
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Close sales independently and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
• Occasionally travel for client meetings, demos, or closures when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with online platforms and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Google tools)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation preferred
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
