Key Responsibilities · Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of textile process chemicals manufactured in-house. · Perform application trials on textiles (lab dyeing/finishing) to evaluate product performance. · Work closely with the R&D team for new product development, testing required properties and providing application feedback. · Improve and refine test methods or introduce more reliable testing processes to ensure consistency in results. · Maintain and operate lab dyeing/finishing equipment and troubleshoot testing-related issues. · Recording test findings and communicate findings to supervisors. Candidate Profile · Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology . · 1–3 years’ experience in textile application testing is desirable (freshers with strong fundamentals can also be considered). · Basic understanding of dyeing, finishing, and textile processing chemicals. · Hands-on skills in handling lab equipment and conducting trials. · Ability to work in a team and contribute to product development activities.
