Job Description

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of textile process chemicals manufactured in-house.· Perform application trials on textiles (lab dyeing/finishing) to evaluate product performance.· Work closely with the R&D team for new product development, testing required properties and providing application feedback.· Improve and refine test methods or introduce more reliable testing processes to ensure consistency in results.· Maintain and operate lab dyeing/finishing equipment and troubleshoot testing-related issues.· Recording test findings and communicate findings to supervisors.Candidate Profile· Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology .· 1–3 years’ experience in textile application testing is desirable (freshers with strong fundamentals can also be considered).· Basic understanding of dyeing, finishing, and textile processing chemicals.· Hands-on skills in handling lab equipment and conducting trials.· Ability to work in a team and contribute to product development activities.
