About the Role:

L2 Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle L2 support tickets and ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation.
  • Perform configuration management and system administration activities.
  • Support release management cycles, including pre- and post-deployment validations
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline fixes and updates.
  • Query databases and troubleshoot issues using Salesforce tools and data models
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions for knowledge management.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in L2 or application support roles.
  • Proficiency in

    Salesforce CRM

    with ability to perform queries across databases.
  • Knowledge of

    configuration management

    and

    release management

    processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
