Job Description: We are seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer with strong technical expertise in Spring Boot and MySQL . This role involves troubleshooting, resolving complex issues escalated from L1 support, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure seamless application performance. Key Responsibilities: • Handle L2 escalations by diagnosing and resolving technical issues in web and mobile applications. • Analyze logs, APIs, and database queries to identify root causes and provide solutions. • Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature improvements. • Write clear technical documentation for fixes, known issues, and support processes. • Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues. Required Skills: • Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services. • Proficiency in MySQL, including query optimization and troubleshooting. • Experience with tools like Postman, Git, JIRA, or any ticketing system • Ability to debug frontend and backend issues effectively. • Familiarity with React.js and React Native is a plus.
