Canopus Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to join our team for a full-time remote role. The L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical and customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and services. This role will require night shift working hours. 

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, software, and services. 
• Provide technical support and customer service via multiple channels. 
• Analyze and debug Python code, perform log analysis, and identify root causes of issues. 
• Write and execute SQL queries for data retrieval and problem-solving. 
• Work independently in night shifts (10 PM IST to 6 AM IST) to manage support operations. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related roles. 
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (10 PM IST to 6 AM IST). 
• Strong command of verbal and written English. 
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and Basic programming knowledge of Python, with the ability to debug code and analyze logs. 
• Experience with Linux systems and basic system administration. 
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely. 

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure.
