L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking a talented NOC Engineer to join our team and contribute to the smooth and reliable operation of our internet services. As a NOC Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure to ensure high-speed internet connectivity for our customers. This role calls for a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable and robust network architecture to support our high-speed internet services. This involves planning network topology, selecting suitable hardware and software components, and configuring network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, you will proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot any issues or outages, and swiftly implement solutions to minimize downtime and uphold uninterrupted service for our customers. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, Switch, Router, and OLT. You should have strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently. Familiarity with network security best practices and tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols, is also essential for this role.
