L2 Support Analyst

Role Overview: As an L2 Support Analyst, you will be a part of the team responsible for providing application support with expertise in Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle, UNIX, Python, Node JS, and various other tools. You will work under a 24*7 model, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting challenges, managing issue management processes, and providing technical leadership. Your role will also involve automation, process improvement tasks, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
