Job Title:

L2 Production Support Lead

Location:

Hyderabad

Total Experience

8–10 years (with at least 4–5 years in Production Support and Middleware environments)

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in Server-side migrations, patching, and certificate renewals
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring and supporting applications on WebSphere, WebLogic, Linux, Solaris, and Windows platforms
  • Knowledge of job schedulers (preferably Autosys)
  • Strong understanding of deployment processes and release management
  • Experience with Feedhub and Autosys job monitoring and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Guide and support L2 production support team members working in shifts
  • Incident & Problem Management: Handle application incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Deployment Support: Support production deployments, perform post-deployment validations, and work with business owners for sign-off
  • Middleware & Application Monitoring: Monitor middleware log files, error logs, and application health checks
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform configuration changes, log file adjustments, clean-ups, and routine system health checks
  • Scheduling & Job Monitoring: Manage and troubleshoot job scheduling issues (Autosys/Windows Scheduler)
  • Patch & Certificate Management: Oversee patching cycles, certificate renewals, and server migration activities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements
