Job Description

Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews on IAM platforms like Entra ID.
Maintain and manage privileged account vaulting, session recording, and rotation policies using tools like Arcos.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for role mapping, entitlement matrix updates, and least privilege enforcement.
Execute periodic certification campaigns and ensure compliance with internal and RBI/SEBI access control policies.
Onboard new applications and systems to IAM/PAM platforms, ensuring secure access governance.
Assist in responding to audit queries, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections.
Monitor privileged account activities, generate actionable reports, and flag anomalies.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and access failures raised by users.
Conduct UAT and regression testing for IAM/PAM platform upgrades or integrations.
Support L3 in change management, control tuning, and enhancement of IAM workflows.
