L1 Technical Support

As a Technical Support Analyst for Oracle MICROS F&B Applications, your primary responsibility is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with technical questions and troubleshooting related to Oracle MICROS F&B Applications. Additionally, you will handle non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution to all technical issues. - Being part of a team of technical experts - Providing support to customers across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific - Documenting solutions - Delivering remote support - Analyzing problem causes - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior customer service - Managing incoming support calls - Acting as a customer advocate - Providing direct technical assistance via various communication channels To excel in this role, you must have: - Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience - Preferably experience in installing, configuring, and supporting food and beverage management software products like Oracle Simphony, RES 3700, and 9700 - Working knowledge of databases, cloud applications, networks, and IT infrastructure - Familiarity with operating systems and SQL experience - Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills You should hold: - Minimum graduation degree in a technical stream or a relevant field with IT certifications A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and shifts, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers at all levels are essential for success in this role.
