Role Overview:

The L1 Engineer will provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for network and system issues. The role involves managing incidents, maintaining logs, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

  • Provide first-line technical support via call, chat, or email.

  • Maintain accurate logs and incident notes.

  • Coordinate escalation to higher-level support teams when required.
