Ensuring job descriptions are clear and aligned with role requirements
Reviewing resumes to identify suitable candidates
Shortlisting profiles based on pre-defined criteria
Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
Building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Sending confirmations and follow-ups to candidates
Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Providing timely feedback and status updates
Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensuring records of applicants and interview outcomes are accurate
Assisting in sending offer letters and pre-boarding documentation
Coordinating joining formalities for new hires
Assisting with basic recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate source tracking)
Preparing daily or weekly recruitment status reports
