Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
Conduct reference checks and background verification
Support onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation scheduling
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Attend job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities
