We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
