Title: KYC Executive – Fintech Industry

Job Location- Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Experience: 3-5 years

Industry: Insurance / Banking / Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Normal KYC (in-person / document-based) and Video KYC / Remote KYC for customers, in compliance with regulatory (IRDAI / RBI etc.) guidelines.

Verify customer identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID etc., check for authenticity and completeness.

Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required.

Handle onboarding of insurance customers: life, motor, travel, health etc., ensuring all KYC requirements are met before policy issuance.

Maintain accurate KYC records; capture, upload, and manage required documentation; ensure timely updates / re-KYC as per policy.

Handle customer queries during KYC / Video KYC processes; provide guidance and support.

Monitor KYC process turnaround time (TAT), quality, accuracy, and escalate issues or discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal compliance & legal teams to ensure processes align with latest regulatory updates.

Participate in audits / process reviews; ensure KYC workflows are compliant, efficient & well documented.

Use tools and software (CRM / KYC platforms / video call tools) for KYC operations; ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in KYC operations / onboarding in insurance, banking, or financial services sector.

Hands-on experience with both normal KYC and video KYC workflows.

Strong attention to detail, document verification skills, ability to spot fraud or discrepancies.

Good communication skills (verbal & written), especially in interacting with customers.

Comfortable with technology: video conferencing tools, CRM or KYC software, document management systems.

Basic data skills: Excel / Google Sheets for tracking statuses, reporting, dashboards.

Ability to manage time effectively; maintain high accuracy under pressure or in bulk KYC volumes.
