Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior ManagerCloud engineering to lead our Noida SRE and Cloud Engineering teams and drive the evolution of our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automation, scalability, and reliability who can collaborate and communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Define and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business goals and engineering best practices. Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Infrastructure & Automation Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS). Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems. CI/CD & Monitoring Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance. Manage incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards. Develop and enforce operational best practices, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering and understanding of best practices. 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Expertise in AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI, Tekton) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.). Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity DevSecOps practices. Experience with managing .Net environments and Kubernetes clusters
