Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Kronos Consultant, located in North Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The Kronos Consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing Kronos Workforce Central applications, performing system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to end-users. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in configuring and implementing Kronos Workforce Central applications
Proficiency in performing system integrations and troubleshooting issues
Skills in providing training and support to end-users
Ability to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in timekeeping, scheduling, HR, and payroll systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
