Kronos Consultant

You will be working with Groupsoft, a leading SAP Services partner and system integrator known for delivering innovative SAP implementation and IT consulting solutions to clients in the Retail and Fashion industries. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, upgrading, and managing integrations for enterprise systems, with a specialization in Kronos. Your responsibilities will include utilizing professional services concepts to implement software solutions, designing, coding, testing, and deploying integration solutions using the Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will be responsible for managing seamless data integration between Kronos, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications, as well as upgrading existing systems to ensure compatibility and performance improvements. In this role, you will need to adhere to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process to provide robust interface solutions from requirements gathering to deployment. Your tasks will involve developing design documents, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deploying solutions into the production environment, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide post-deployment handoff to global support teams, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing integrations following industry best practices for optimization. Your technical proficiency will be crucial, with a focus on Boomi AtomSphere platform expertise, SDLC knowledge, EDI Integration experience, and strong analytical skills for effective integration design. Ideally, you should have 5+ years of professional experience in integration development, expertise in the Boomi AtomSphere platform, hands-on knowledge of SDLC processes, and proficiency in coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying interfaces in production environments. Additionally, familiarity with ERP systems, API development, industry experience, certifications in integration platforms, and documentation skills will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.
