Role Overview: As a Knowledge Analyst based in Gurugram (India) and part of the global MetalLens team, you will play a crucial role in conducting specific cost and benchmarking analysis to support operational performance assessments of production assets globally. Your responsibilities will include leading MetalLens diagnostic processes covering the full production value chain from raw materials to Metals production, casting, rolling, and coating. Additionally, you will work closely with client service teams, drive problem-solving efforts, deliver insights and benchmarking results, lead business development efforts, and contribute to the growth of the team by participating in hiring activities and mentoring junior colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and conduct specific cost and benchmarking analysis for production assets globally - Support operational performance assessments of production assets - Drive problem-solving efforts alongside client service teams - Deliver insights and benchmarking results to clients - Lead business development efforts to generate new clients and maintain existing clients - Develop innovative approaches to Metals industry data analytics and stay updated on industry trends - Lead client development initiatives to build relationships - Contribute to internal and external knowledge initiatives - Participate in hiring activities and mentor junior colleagues - Lead and shape the MetalLens knowledge agenda Qualifications Required: - Strong qualifications in metals, metallurgy, or related field; master's degree preferred - 2+ years of work experience in the metal industry with a focus on production, process engineering, continuous improvement, technical consulting, or maintenance - Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with proficiency in business software and advanced analytical packages - Experience in a rapidly growing business with an entrepreneurial spirit - Significant understanding of the industry dynamics of the metal sector - Passion for analytics and interest in developing new approaches to metal data analysis - Willingness to work in a demanding and result-oriented team environment with periodic travel - Ability to present complex value propositions to client executives independently - Fluent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages are a plus Role Overview: As a Knowledge Analyst based in Gurugram (India) and part of the global MetalLens team, you will play a crucial role in conducting specific cost and benchmarking analysis to support operational performance assessments of production assets globally.
