Klaviyo SMS Technical Manager - Part Time

About the Role:

Klaviyo SMS Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  Klaviyo SMS campaigns

  for our fashion clothing brand.
• Set up SMS flows, automation, triggers, and audience segmentation.
• Optimize deliverability, compliance (TCPA/GDPR), and performance of SMS campaigns.
• Integrate SMS campaigns with

  email, Shopify, and other marketing channels

  .
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion, ROI) and provide insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align SMS campaigns with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to

  Klaviyo integrations

  and ensure smooth operations.
• A/B test SMS content, timing, and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on SMS marketing trends, compliance regulations, and best practices for the fashion industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of

  hands-on experience with Klaviyo SMS & Email Marketing

  .
• Proven track record of managing SMS campaigns for

  clothing/fashion brands

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Shopify integrations

  with Klaviyo.
• Experience in segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
• Knowledge of SMS marketing compliance (TCPA, GDPR, carrier regulations).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues and integrations.
• Ability to work independently in a

  part-time/remote setup

Good to Have:

• Experience in fashion e-commerce digital marketing (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Knowledge of email + SMS combined customer journeys.
• Creative mindset for engaging copy and campaigns tailored to fashion audiences.
