Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchens Coordinator to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchens across India. The role is ideal for freshers eager to learn and take responsibility. You will coordinate with staff, manage documentation, handle inspections, and respond to official queries. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate operations of multiple kitchens across different cities. Maintain regular communication with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily functioning. Track and process monthly rent payments and maintain accurate rental records. Manage rental agreements, including renewals and compliance documentation. Maintain operational data in Excel (rent schedules, staff details, inventory, etc.). Coordinate and manage scheduled or surprise inspections at kitchen locations. Prepare documentation and ensure readiness for audits or inspections by authorities. Draft and send responses to officers or local authorities regarding any operational complaints or notices. Escalate critical issues to management and follow up for resolution. Provide regular updates to the management team on overall operational performance. Participate in general office administrative work and assist in maintaining office efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Hotel Management preferred) Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internship or fieldwork experience is an added advantage. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication skills in English ,Hindi (verbal and written). Willingness to learn quickly and handle responsibility.
