Kitchen Supervisor

We're Hiring a Central Kitchen Supervisor for a leading Cheese Brand Location: Mumbai -Bhandup | Mulund | Thane (Preferably from a nearby location) Reports to: Head of Cheesemongering Division  Gender: Male Role Overview: You will oversee the full execution of cheese boards, platters, hampers (everyday, festive, and corporate), accompaniments, and catering prep kits — ensuring every order, whether it’s a single Diwali board or a 200-piece corporate dispatch, is delivered on time and beautifully assembled.  Key Responsibilities: Production & Assembly  • Supervise daily preparation and assembly of cheese boards, platters, hampers, accompaniments, and grazing-table elements.  • Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, labelling, and packaging across all SKU formats. Order Fulfilment & Coordination  • Coordinate closely with the Sales & Client Relations team to receive daily/weekly order briefs.  • Convert briefs into production schedules, prep lists, and dispatch timelines.  • Ensure timely dispatch and proactive communication on order status. Team Supervision  • Lead and guide kitchen assistants/prep staff/packers.  • Train team members in plating, portioning, and premium cheese handling. Inventory & Procurement  • Track stock of cheese, accompaniments, breads, jars, packaging, and garnishes.  • Raise timely procurement requests and minimise wastage. Process & Improvement  • Build SOPs for production, packing, and delivery handover.  • Suggest workflow improvements or seasonal enhancements to offerings.  Requirements • 3–5 years’ experience in a catering kitchen/cloud kitchen/premium F&B operation. • Strong coordination and timeline ownership mindset. • Ability to manage multiple order formats (retail + bulk + event prep). • Familiarity with artisanal or premium product handling preferred.
