Key ResponsibilitiesCookingPrepare and cook basic fast-food or multi-cuisine dishes (example: sandwiches, rolls, momos, fried items, rice bowls, snacks, basic gravies, etc.) Follow standard recipes and portion sizes Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency Assist in new dish prep when required Kitchen OperationsCut vegetables, marinate items, and prep ingredients Keep the workstation clean and organized Wash utensils when required (shared responsibility) Clean kitchen equipment, counters, and storage areas Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices Stock & Inventory SupportHelp with receiving and storing raw materials Inform management when stock is low Maintain FIFO (first in, first out) Support WorkPack orders for takeaway or delivery Assist the main cook when rush orders come Cooperate with small team and maintain discipline RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in QSR, café, cloud kitchen, or small restaurant Basic cooking skills Knowledge of cutting, chopping, frying, and basic prep Good hygiene and cleanliness habits Ability to multitask and work under pressure Must be punctual, honest, and willing to learn Preferred: Experience with fast food, Indo-Chinese, snacks, bowls, etc. Should be comfortable with long hours / shift work if required Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹[Enter Range] depending on experience Meals provided Accommodation Weekly off
