Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets
    • Standardize recipes, processes, hygiene, and safety protocols • Develop and launch innovative new menu items • Create and implement pricing, costing & food cost control measures • Reduce wastage and improve profitability across all QSR units • Lead, train & supervise kitchen teams • Coordinate closely with SCM, procurement & operations • Analyze sales, cost reports & drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 1015 years of experience in QSR kitchen operations
    • Strong expertise in menu engineering & pricing strategy • Proven ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency • Leadership experience managing multi-outlet kitchen teams • Knowledge of FSSAI standards and QSR food safety norms • Qualification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
