The key purpose of the job is to provide kitchen, wardrobe and other furniture designs to the Design Centre Clients by properly understanding their requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions to them. The role also demands business development and sales assistance support to the Business Development team as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities

1 To ensure that 1st set of drawings are sent to customers within 48 HOURS after understanding the needs and ensure that designs made are in line with latest products and also stock availability.

2 To take proper site measurement as and when required and visit clients for understanding site details and customer requirements.

3 To prepare BOQ’s for the Kitchen/Wardrobe designs prepared/received from the clients.

4 To handle walk-in of Design Centre and accordingly follow up for closure.

5 To add value to the designs by recommending the appropriate cost-effective products, there by exceeding customers’ expectations.

6 To build connect and positive relationship with the external interior designers and architects.

7 To handle walk in clients and accordingly follow up for closure and go through catalogues and analyse the products to be recommended according to client requirement.

8 To maintain proper record of design fees collected from the customers.

9 To work closely with all the sales staff in the region and provide support services to all customer segments.

10 Develop an awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques and technology.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION -

1. Bachlor's of Architecture, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Designing.

2. Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD software.
