Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced KG Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities based on school guidelines
• Supervise and mentor kindergarten teachers and support staff
• Monitor classroom practices and ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Conduct regular training and workshops for early childhood educators
• Coordinate parent interactions, progress reports, and orientation programs
• Organize school events, celebrations, and enrichment activities for KG students
• Maintain documentation and records as per school compliance standards
• Collaborate with school leadership to enhance early learning outcomes

✅ Eligibility Criteria – KG Coordinator

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kindergarten or early childhood program coordination

• Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate pedagogy

• Proven ability to lead and mentor teaching staff with empathy and discipline

• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

• Experience in curriculum planning, classroom observation, and teacher training

• • Ability to manage parent interactions, school events, and compliance documentation • Familiarity with school early years framework is an added advantage
