Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to manage the financial operations of our institution. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and journals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage fee collections, billing, and student account reconciliation
Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations
Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation
Handle vendor payments, purchase orders, and petty cash
Generate financial reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience
in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial regulations
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
