Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining ERM as a Key Client Program (KCP) Project Manager, playing a crucial role in serving as the Project Management Office (PMO) for the execution of Industry and Key Client Programs. Your primary objective will be to drive execution discipline, improve transparency, and support commercial growth across strategic client accounts by building an operational framework, tracking tools, and cadence to ensure effective execution of account plans, pod structures, industry strategies, and commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain structured tracking systems for Account & Pod Plan Execution, Industry Strategy Execution, and the annual KCP review and refresh process - Serve as the PMO lead for the KCP budgeting and target-setting cycle and the Global Key Client (GKC) impact reporting process - Co-ordinate industry level Digital Marketing + Sales Campaigns and Sales only Campaigns to enable collaboration between Global Leader Clients & Industries, Global Head of Marketing, ISAMs, and RSALs - Collaborate with commercial leaders to define and implement lead and lag KPIs to measure Pod and Account Team activity, execution health, and engagement quality of Account Directors, Pod Directors, and Service Line Leads - Partner with data analysts and sales activation managers to deliver client- and industry-level analytics and translate insights into strategic inputs for account teams and leadership - Build strong working relationships with senior leaders across industry verticals and KCP Client Tiers, facilitating coordination across marketing, BD, delivery, and data teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field - 5+ years experience in program/project management, sales operations, or account planning - Experience in professional services, consulting, or account-based programs is preferred, with an orientation towards account management and client portfolio management - Analytical and commercially minded with strong ability to interpret data, understand client lifecycle, and sales process - Execution-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously - Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365, with experience in using CRM and analytics tools for decision-making - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively,
