Job Description

As a Key Accounts Specialist at PhonePe, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving account growth. You will need to understand client needs, develop strategic account plans, coordinate with internal teams, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders. Additionally, your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services, resolving client issues promptly, and representing PhonePe in client meetings and events. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Client Relationship Management skills and experience in managing key accounts - Strategic Account Planning skills and ability to identify growth opportunities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client interactions - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Project Management skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai Please note that this is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai.,
