Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts for commercial projects, including contractors, MEP consultants and Builders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing customers and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of experience in key account management or a related field (e.g., project sales).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (any specialization).
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously while meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of Building material industry dynamics, including commercial projects' unique challenges and requirements.
