Key Accounts Manager

Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with an organization's most important clients, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with both the client's goals and the company's objectives, outlining steps to grow and nurture the account.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services, setting and achieving sales targets within assigned accounts.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific requirements and pain points of each key client, tailoring solutions to address these needs effectively.
• Problem Solving: Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams to address any issues or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and resources to meet client needs.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, share insights, and gather feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interface with key clients and relay their requirements to internal teams.
• Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Capable of convincing clients about the benefits of the company’s products or services.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to balance the demands of several key accounts simultaneously.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within key accounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
