Product & Process Trainer

A Demat trainer develops and delivers training programs focused on Dematerialized (Demat) accounts and related financial products. They educate sales teams and other relevant personnel on the nuances of Demat accounts, trading, and other financial instruments, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively serve clients and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Program Development: Designing and creating training materials, presentations, and modules for Demat accounts, trading, and other financial products.
• Delivery of Training: Conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations for sales teams and other relevant personnel.
• Product Knowledge: Ensuring trainers have a comprehensive understanding of Demat accounts, trading procedures, and relevant financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and more.
• Sales Skills Enhancement: Providing guidance on sales strategies, objection handling, and communication techniques to improve sales team performance.
• Ongoing Support: Offering coaching and support to sales team members, addressing their queries, and helping them apply their learning.
• Training Needs Assessment: Collaborating team leaders to identify training needs and assess performance gaps.
• Program Evaluation: Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and new product developments in the financial services industry to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Documentation:Creating and maintaining training documentation, manuals, and resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
