1. Deliver TAT as per commitment in co ordination with Lab and Logistics Team
2. Update the B2B Customers on latest test additions and changes in MHL.
3. Regular visit to B2B Clients to understand the business potential and device strategies to get maximum share to Metropolis through high quality service and pricing as per the guidelines.
4. Have regular review on client performance and align logistics, technical, material management and other support areas to ensure client is delighted.
5. Monitor client sample outsourcing to MHL on a regular basis and take immediate action to ensure no drop in the business.
6. Ensure Partner grievances are addressed on high priority, escalate internally if not addressed on priority.
7. Train the B2B Client staff on Partner portal, DOS and other tools introduced by Metropolis for better access to information and patient education.
8. Ensure Billing and collection is done on time and targets are achieved as per AOP.
