Job Description

As a Regional Mentor in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a key role in mentoring others and sharing best practices with your peers. Your impact will extend beyond your own geographical area as you consistently strive to be a high performer. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations. - Engage Oncology healthcare professionals in discussions about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to facilitate on-label prescribing for suitable patients. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to devise a local strategy and business plan aimed at surpassing sales and call execution goals in your territory. - Drive sales performance to ensure that sales forecasts and allocated budgets meet or exceed expectations for both the therapeutic area and the territory. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, demographics, and managed markets information relevant to your assigned sales territory. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree In this role, you will be expected to comply with all regulations pertaining to interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, and other relevant guidelines.
