Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts for institutional, corporate, channel, hardware, battery, electrical, and OEM sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
  • To manage day to day operations of key accounts Fixing rate contracts, negotiations & managing the sales activities based on the guide lines
  • Exploring new business avenues with existing customers
  • Ensuring meeting customer material requirements
  • On-Time payment realization
  • Co-Ordinating with regional teams on glitch free operations at circle level with all key acocunts
  • mapping the competetion activities.
  • forecasting the business plans.
  • Manage warranty adjudication with RCA analysis
  • keeping customer updated on new product/projects
