Key account manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage day-to-day operations across various e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on platform management, product listing optimization, and client coordination (including regular calling) to ensure maximum visibility, accuracy, and performance of our product catalog.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and optimized product information – titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images
• Regularly audit and update listings to maintain visibility and ranking
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, inventory) for timely updates and corrections
• Communicate with clients/vendors via calls and emails for updates, approvals, and issue resolution
• Monitor platform performance metrics like page views, CTR, sales, and customer feedback
• Handle bulk uploads, inventory updates, and stock checks as needed
• Resolve listing issues, suppression errors, or platform compliance alerts promptly
• Track competitors and suggest improvements to stay ahead in product discoverability
• Maintain organized reports of listing statuses, updates, and escalations
