Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic account reviews with existing UK B2C customers
Drive customer retention and satisfaction through personalized service
Upsell and cross-sell telecom, internet, and security products
Build rapport and long-term relationships with consumers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Prior experience in B2C sales, customer retention, upselling, or renewals
Experience in UK telecom operations is a strong advantage
Professional, adaptable, and target-driven
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
Strong multitasking, time management, and closing skills

Salary & Benefits
