Role Description

Key Account Manager (SAP Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day performance and operational excellence of all Shero kitchen partner accounts on Swiggy & Zomato.
Develop and execute growth plans for each kitchen partner to drive sales, visibility, and customer engagement.
Coordinate closely with Swiggy & Zomato teams for promotions, campaigns, ad placements, and performance monitoring.
Analyse performance metrics, track trends, and ensure timely account reconciliations.
Provide strategic support in sales and marketing initiatives to maximise orders and platform presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum
3+ years of experience
at Swiggy, Zomato, or similar food aggregator platforms.
Proven expertise in
Key Account Management
and customer relationship management.
Strong
analytical abilities
and business planning skills.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Hands-on experience in
sales, marketing support
, or the food/F&B sector is a strong advantage.
Bachelors degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
preferred.
